Lida Central District Hospital

The Healthcare Institution “Lida Central District Hospital” is one of the largest multidisciplinary institutions in the Grodno Region providing modern high-tech medical care to residents of the city of Lida and the Lida District, as well as foreign citizens on a paid basis.

Currently, there is a central district clinic, City Clinic No. 1, City Clinic No. 2, a dental clinic, a children's clinic, Berezovskaya City Hospital Clinic, 6 independent outpatient clinics, 5 outpatient clinics operating at district hospitals. There are 2 dispensaries (psycho-narcological, dermatovenerologic), a women's consultation center, an ambulance station, and 17 feldsher-midwife stations. The Lida Central District Hospital has a total bed capacity of 1,007 beds.

A powerful treatment and diagnostic base has been created on the basis of the hospital, including: an X-ray computer diagnostics room, a magnetic resonance imaging room, an X-ray department, a department of ultrasound, functional, endoscopic diagnostics, a physiotherapy department. The Lida Central District Hospital features its own clinical diagnostic laboratory, equipped with advanced technology for performing a wide range of laboratory and cytological tests. The laboratory processes are fully computerized and automated.

The hospital employs 600 highly qualified doctors and 1,430 mid-level medical professionals. All specialists actively participate in national, regional, and international conferences and seminars. Annually, the Lida Central Regional Hospital provides more than 28,000 patients with inpatient treatment. About 1.4 million outpatient visits are performed in outpatient and polyclinic institutions, and more than 36,000 emergency medical care visits are serviced.
