Republican Scientific and Practical Centre of Otorhinolaryngology

The State Institution "Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Otorhinolaryngology" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus is the leading medical institution in the field of providing otorhinolaryngological care to children and adults in the Republic of Belarus, as well as to foreign citizens on a fee-for-service basis.

The RNPC of otorhinolaryngology has mastered and successfully applies all the methods of hearing improvement existing in the world today, performs the most complex and high-tech functional-sparing surgeries on the ear, larynx, nose and paranasal sinuses:

• cochlear implantation;
• operations to restore the laryngeal lumen;
• operations on the middle and inner ear;
• endoscopic surgery of the sinuses;

The whole range of objective methods of hearing examination is performed:

• impedanceometry;
• auditory evoked potentials;
• otoacoustic emission, including in children under 1 year of age;
• early auditory rehabilitation is carried out;
• complex examination of patients with voice pathology;
• video endostroboscopy;
• laryngeal tomography;
• special radiologic studies of the ear, nasopharynx;
• the whole spectrum of speech therapy is provided, including stuttering, speech underdevelopment, sound pronunciation disorders;
• psycho-pedagogical testing and correction of disorders;
• Treatment of combined speech, hearing and mental disorders is carried out.
