The Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Medical Center for Beauty and Health" is a state-owned independent business entity providing the population with highly qualified specialized paid medical care in cosmetology and plastic and aesthetic surgery.

The main tasks, goals and activities of the Enterprise are to provide highly qualified medical and cosmetic care to the population:

• Regarding diseases of the skin and other organs, accompanied by cosmetic defects.
• Carrying out preventive work to prevent skin diseases and premature aging.
• Propaganda of sanitary and hygienic knowledge among the population on skin care.
• Mastering and implementing modern methods and means of cosmetic treatment into practice.
• Relationship with dermatovenereology, oncology and endocrinology dispensaries and other healthcare organizations.
• Weight correction by performing lipoaspiration using surgical and endoscopic correction methods.
• Improving the qualifications of doctors and mid-level medical personnel in order to generate profit for the economic development of the enterprise, satisfying the social needs of the members of the workforce and the interests of the property owner.
• Carrying out plastic, reconstructive, cosmetic and microsurgical operations to correct congenital or acquired aesthetic defects, age-related changes in the skin of the face and body.
• Correction of aesthetic skin defects using hardware techniques.
• Correction of cosmetic defects using laser techniques.
