From 01.08.2023 to 01.09.2024, the experiment on providing paid medical services in state healthcare institutions in excess of the state-established guaranteed volume of free medical care will be resumed.

The experiment will involve 39 state healthcare institutions, the list of which is contained in the appendix to Resolution No. 453 of 12.07.2023.

Now, on public holidays and holidays established and declared non-working, weekends (Saturday, Sunday), if desired, citizens can receive the following types of paid medical care:

  • primary health care;
  • specialized medical care;
  • high-tech medical care.

Exceptions include medical services provided to children and organ and tissue transplant services.

Tariffs for services provided during the experiment will be set on the basis of planned cost taking into account all types of taxes, fees (duties), as well as profitability used to determine the amount of profit, with the exception of paid medical services, the tariffs for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health.
