The Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Medical Center for Beauty and Health" is a state-owned independent business entity providing the population with highly qualified specialized paid medical care in cosmetology and plastic and aesthetic surgery.

The Enterprise aims to provide highly qualified medical and cosmetic care, including:

• Diagnostics and treatment of skin diseases and other conditions, accompanied by cosmetic defects;
• Preventive programs to reduce the risk of skin diseases and avoid premature aging.
• Promotion of sanitary and hygienic knowledge among the population on proper skin care;
• Development and implementation of modern methods and means of cosmetic treatment;
• Cooperation with dermatovenereology, oncology and endocrinology dispensaries and other healthcare organizations;
• Weight-correction procedures, including lipoaspiration using surgical and endoscopic correction methods;
• Continuous professional development and advanced training of doctors and mid-level medical personnel in order to generate profit for the economic development of the enterprise, meet the social needs of the members of the workforce and the interests of the property owner;
• Plastic, reconstructive, cosmetic and microsurgical procedures for the correction of congenital or acquired aesthetic defects, and age-related facial and body changes.
• Correction of aesthetic skin imperfections using device-assisted techniques.
• Correction of cosmetic defects using laser techniques.
• Provision of cosmetic services, including piercings, facial massage, nourishing masks, nail extensions, make-up (including permanent make-up), depilation, and related procedures;
• Use of physiotherapeutic methods in the complex treatment of diseases, in the preoperative and postoperative periods to accelerate the rehabilitation process.
