Minsk City Clinical Oncology Center

State Institution “Minsk City Clinical Oncology Center” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus is a leading specialized institution in the Republic of Belarus that provides diagnostic programs and surgical, combined and comprehensive treatment of patients with tumors of various localizations, as well as their outpatient monitoring and rehabilitation, which is also avaialable for foreign citizens on a paid basis.

Currently, the Minsk City Clinical Oncology Center is a powerful specialized medical and preventive institution.

Every year, the dispensary performs more than 7,000 complex surgical interventions:

• reconstructive surgeries on the biliary and urinary tract,
• video-assisted thoracic surgeries (removal of lung and mediastinal tumors),
• bronchoplastic operations,
• organ transplantation,
• mastectomy with primary and delayed mammoplasty with implant,
• plastic and reconstructive surgeries to restore lost functions.

Over the year, the center provides chemotherapy treatment to more than 4,000 patients and radiation treatment to more than 3,000 patients using remote and intracavitary gamma therapy. Methods for the placement of long-term venous access systems for chemotherapy and radiation therapy have been implemented, along with volumetric 3D planning.

The institution houses the Republican Center for Thyroid Tumor Pathology, which delivers highly specialized medical care to patients with thyroid tumors.

Medical Rehabilitation Department operates within the center, providing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs for patients who have undergone radical cancer treatment.

The hospital offers comfortable wards are equipped with private bathrooms, individual lighting, and emergency call systems connected directly to the nursing station. In addition, single enhanced-comfort wards are furnished with household appliances to ensure the most comfortable stay possible.
