The State Institution “N.N. Alexandrov National Cancer Centre of Belarus” is the leading scientific and medical complex in Belarus in the field of oncology. As a leader in cancer research and clinical practice, the Center provides a comprehensive ecosystem of diagnostics, advanced treatment, and medical education.

Republican Molecular Genetic Laboratory of Carcinogenesis

We are at the forefront of personalized medicine. Our laboratory provides a full-cycle approach to adapting treatment to the unique genetic profile of each patient and their tumor.

• Early detection: assessment of individual hereditary cancer risks.
• Precision diagnostics: high-throughput second-generation DNA sequencing (GenoLab M, GeneMind) to identify specific tumor mutations.
• Personalized therapy: selection of targeted drugs based on genetic analysis and real-time monitoring of drug concentrations in the blood.

Chemotherapy and Import Substitution

The Center improves access to medical care by expanding the range of Belarusian-made oncology drugs. Currently, 45.3% of medicines included in the Republican Formulary are manufactured domestically, including high-tech targeted therapies such as Bevacizumab, Trastuzumab, Rituximab, Sorafenib, Imatinib, and Abiraterone.

CAR-T Cell Therapy

We offer advanced CAR-T cell therapy (anti-CD19) for the treatment of aggressive lymphomas and hematologic malignancies, including:

• Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
• Follicular lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma, and mantle cell lymphoma.
• Multiple myeloma.
